Holiday Gift Return Policy

We recognize that these economic times are unique to many shoppers during this holiday season. While other companies are becoming more strict on their return policies than ever, we are still committed to delivering the same Hassle Free Returns that have made customer's transactions with us that much easier. If you don't like the hat, send it back!

Hats in the Belfry will be expanding it's return and exchange policy during the 2009 Holiday Season. Any hat purchased between November 16th and December 25th will be returnable and exchangeable through January 18th, 2010. All returns and exchanges must still include the return/exchange form enclosed with the order upon return. Due to the extreme traffic over our holiday season, please allow for up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
