      100% Italian Cashmere Caps - $79

These caps are crafted from 100% Italian cashmere, milled in historic Italian mills that have supplied fabrics to the world’s most prestigious fashion houses for generations. The result is a textile of unmatched quality—sumptuously soft, naturally insulating, and built to endure season after season. Once woven, the material is brought to life in Fermo, Italy, where expert cap makers shape each cap with precision. We’ve worked side by side with our Italian partners to design a collection of caps in our (and your) favorite silhouettes. Comparable pieces from luxury brands, like Worth & Worth,  sell for well over $300, but by going directly to the source we’re able to deliver the very same attention to detail at just $79. These are not just caps, they’re an opportunity to experience the best of Italian cashmere.

Waxed Nappa Leather Italian Caps – $99

Made in Fermo, Italy, these caps are crafted from premium Italian waxed nappa leather, prized for its supple hand, natural durability, and subtle sheen. The waxing process enhances the leather’s depth of color, creating a surface that develops a rich patina over time. Don’t let the supple feel deceive you, nappa leather is remarkably resilient, which is why it has long been favored by Italy’s luxury ateliers. These caps have been designed to grow more beautiful with age and endure for generations. Lock & Co. sells similar styles of caps of this caliber for twice the price, which is why we’re extremely proud to be able to bring them to you at such a good value.

      100% Wool Italian Brims – $89

We’ve always believed a great hat starts with great material, like Italian-milled wool felt. It’s the kind of wool that feels soft in your hands yet strong enough to last for years. Designed with Sorbatti of Montappone, together we collaborated on a collection of stingy and medium brimmed hats that stayed true to Sorbatti’s heritage and today’s most sought after style, while adding something practical—packability. You can fold it, tuck it, travel with it, and it springs right back into shape. Borsalino offers Italian Wool Brims from the same workshops for $265 and because we go straight to the source, you’re getting authentic Italian craftsmanship without the usual markup.

Italian Merino Wool Safari Brims – $129

When we teamed up with Tesi of Florence, one of Italy’s most respected hatmakers, we wanted to create a collection of the perfect safari style fedoras. We started with fine merino wool, prized not only for its softness and warmth but also for its natural water resistance, making it ideal in unpredictable weather. Tesi’s master craftsmen gave it a structured crown and a practical brim wide enough for sun protection, yet refined enough to keep the look sharp, and because we insisted on a packable design, this fedora springs back into shape after travel, so it’s always ready to go when you are. We could easily expect to see these hats priced at $300 or above from Janessa Leone but we would rather work a little harder so we may bring Italian’s top quality hats to you at an attainable price.

      Luxe Wool & Cashmere Brims – $149

We didn’t have to go far to create this collection. For these hats, we partnered with the Bollman Hat Company, the oldest hatmaker in the United States, and a name synonymous with heritage craftsmanship. Each piece is made from Cashluxe, a premium blend of fine wool with a touch of cashmere, chosen for its deep black tone and velvety hand feel. The fabric delivers the perfect balance of softness, warmth, and durability, while silhouettes rooted in jazz-era style are meticulously blocked and finished by hand. Comparable hats from Borsalino often retail for $365 or more, but through our direct design and sourcing, we’re able to offer the same heirloom-level quality at a fraction of the price.

Handcrafted in Fermo, Italy, these caps reflect the artistry of a region long celebrated for its fine tailoring and textile mastery. Nestled in the Marche region, Fermo has been a destination for unparalleled hat making for generations and it’s where we first discovered the makers who embody Italy’s enduring tradition of craftsmanship. Each cap is cut from Italian-spun linen, prized for its breathability, strength, and natural sheen. Woven to the highest standards, this linen carries the unmistakable pride of its makers. The result is a material that feels cool and effortless in summer, yet carries the unmistakable weight of luxury. With clean lines and feather-light tailoring, these caps embody understated elegance that our wearers have made part of everyday wardrobe. Priced at $55, yet crafted with the refinement typically found in pieces at top retailers like JJ Hat Center for $200 and above, these caps deliver both lasting value and a tangible connection to Italian design in every detail.

Genuine Panama Straw Brims – $119

Every great Panama hat tells a story, and ours begin in Ecuador with toquilla straw—so special it’s recognized by UNESCO as an “Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity”. Each hat is handwoven by skilled artisans, then shaped and finished by our partners at either in Ecuador by Bigalli who carry on the long tradition of panama hat making, or stateside by Korber whose American craftsmanship brings a legacy of precision and distinction. The result is a Panama that feels as good as it looks, breathable, lightweight, and durable. Customers are often surprised at the value, too. At $119, these hats deliver the same exceptional quality and attention to detail you’d normally expect a Panama hat priced in the $200+ range at Tommy Bahama. For us, it’s about making world-class craftsmanship something you can truly enjoy and make your own.

Packable Raffia Straw Brims – $149

Woven from natural raffia straw, these hats are naturally breathable, flexible, and packable. We collaborated with our Italian friends, and craftsmen at Sorbatti on this collection to create hats that are designed to fold and return to shape with ease, making them as practical for travel as they are for everyday wear. These brims are part of our growing line of raffia styles, which have quickly become customer favorites and while similar hats may be priced closer to $285 at Janessa Leone, we brought them in direct at $149. Each piece reflects our ongoing commitment to pairing traditional artistry with modern function—hats that feel effortless, look elegant, and carry the kind of value you’ll notice every time you wear them.
