Please follow the steps below to ensure your return or exchange is processed quickly and accurately:
Eligibility
Unworn merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

No need to call or email before starting.

For FREE Returns or Exchanges, use our self-service option online to initiate your request and print a return label at no additional cost.

If preferred, you may use a carrier of your choice at your own expense.

Please include the completed Return/Exchange form with your shipment.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3–15 business days after receipt.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.
Please note: depending on your payment method, refunds may take additional time to appear.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Packaging
Please pack your hat carefully to prevent damage during transit.
If the original box is damaged or no longer sturdy, please use a new box.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bulk orders & oversized products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Online orders must be returned by mail and cannot be dropped off at our warehouse or retail locations.
Orders placed through Amazon must be returned through Amazon (via “My Orders” on the Amazon app or website).
