Fur Felt
Using a combination of rabbit and beaver fur, a luxuriously soft felt is created that can withstand 50 years or more of use. Known as the "gold standard" for felt hats, beaver felt offers a unique blend of softness and durability, making it resistant to rain.
Cashmere
Cashmere wool is wool from cashmere goats and pashmina goats during the spring molting season. The wool can be harvested either in fuller shaves of the outer and inner coat, or by combing, the latter of which is the preferred method for getting the desired, finer inner coat hairs that make cashmere have its soft and buttery texture.
Italian Leather
Our collection showcases an exquisite range of leather hats and caps, meticulously constructed using the finest Italian cowhide available. Each piece is carefully dried and tanned building its softness to the familiar buttery feel of nappa leather.
Merino Wool
Originating in Spain the wool from Merino's are sought after for their softness, and moisture managing properties. Merino wool is naturally moisture wicking and anti bacterial. We often use this material in our travel hats because they are great in all weather conditions and wrinkle resistant.
Alpaca
Alpaca wool comes from alpacas, a species of camel that is primarily native to the Andes Mountains of South America. These animals are known for their soft, high-quality and luxurious wool. Alpaca fibre is naturally light, warm and resistant to abrasion and pilling. It is also hypoallergenic, making it particularly suitable for people with sensitive skin or wool allergies.
