How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship your hat(s) within 1-2 business days of the receipt of your order. If your order is delayed for any reason you will be contacted.
Most packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard service will generally take 3-7 business days to deliver your package. Expedited Services are offered for an additional fee.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently ship to a limited number of foreign countries. Shipping fees are calculated in cart. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges, duties and/or taxes.
Can I special order hats not shown on your website?
No. We do not special order custom hats. If there is a special style you are interested in you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer hat cleaning and/or restoration services?
No. We do not offer any hatcare services.
Can I use multiple discounts codes?
In some cases you will be able to apply multiple discount codes in a single order, however, only the greater discount will apply to a single item.
Are there exclusions for discounts codes?
Yes. Some branded items are excluded from all discounts. Individual discounts, sales, and/or promotions may also have specified exclusions.
Can I use a discount on a previous order?
No. Discounts and promotions only apply to new orders.
Can I order a hat online and pick up in person?
We currently do not have a pick up option. All online orders will be shipped to the address you input at checkout.
Can I purchase a Gift Card from the website?
Yes, E-Gift Cards can be purchased from the website and either emailed to the purchaser or recipient.
Do the Gift Cards expire?
Yes, E- Gift Cards and In-store cards expire after 5 years, from the date of purchase.
Are there Gift Card Fees?
There are no fees to issue E-Gift Cards or In-store cards and they do not depreciate in value.
Do Store Credits Expire?
Store Issued Store Credits issued prior to 2023 are no longer valid.
Can I return or exchange items I purchased on Amazon?
All orders purchased on Amazon will have to be returned to Amazon. The best way to do this is through the "My Orders" section on the Amazon app or website.
Can I return or exchange items I purchased online to the store?
No. Online orders must be returned using the Online Return/ Exchange instructions.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we are willing to offer bulk order discounts (generally 10 or more hats) on a case by case basis. This discount will be determined by the product cost, shipping, and availability.
